AUBURN — The American Legion will conduct an oratorical contest this winter for contestants from Androscoggin County, in grades nine through 12, who can prepare and recite an eight to 10-minute speech as well as a three to five-minute speech on the U.S. Constitution.
Top winners in the nation can receive thousands of dollars.
