Our friends at AARP Maine shared an article on Facebook recently that explains how “new research has found a link between regular concert attendance and longevity.” The study reported that “those who enjoyed a concert once every two weeks or more experienced such high levels of happiness that it could lead a person to live up to nine years longer.” For more, visit www.aarp.org.

After the performances, stick around for a social hour with “scrumptious delectables.” There will also be a silent auction highlighting local artists and some of their “amazing works of art.” Visit their Facebook page at www.facebook.com/ALDS5678/.
