March at Topsham Public Library features Tuesday Mayhem Society

TOPSHAM — The Topsham Public Library is offering a full slate of events in March, including the return of The Tuesday Mayhem Society at the end of the month.
Some of Maine’s best writers of dark literature will gather at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 31, for an afternoon of murder, madness and strange fiction in this second-annual literary celebration.

Authors include Peter N. Dudar, Morgan Sylvia, David Price, April Hawks and Lynda Styles.
Music in March concert series also returns, and the free concerts take place the first four Saturdays at 1 p.m. The concerts are appropriate for all age groups.
Performers include Rough Sawn, a band of farmers and carpenters based in Topsham, on March 10; the High Winds Flute Choir March 17; Simons and Goodwin performing covers of Americana music including soft rock, country, pop standards and more March 24.
Thee live concerts are sponsored by the Friends of the Topsham Public Library and refreshments will be served.
Other activities include the Sip n’ Stitch knitting and crochete group; Young Critics book discussion group and pizza dinner for grades four and five; Tween Reads book discussion group and pizza for grades six, seven and eight; Mystery Readers Roundtable; Rare Reads Book Group; Tophsham Garden Club discussion on edible plants; Men’s Book Group; Teen Crafting; Library Legos and more.
