WATERVILLE — The Waterville Public Library will host a card-making event Saturday, Nov. 4, from 10 a.m to 3 p.m. in the Children’s Room at the library, 73 Elm St.
Supplies will be available — card stock, stickers, markers and more. Participants can create a card for a veteran they know or a generic card that will be sent to the Maine Veterans’ Home in Augusta.
The goal is to make 140 or more cards to be delivered to the home on Veteran’s Day, Nov. 11.
