WATERVILLE — The South End Teen Center will host a “Cupcake Wars”-inspired event from 3 to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27.
Teens will face off to design a cupcake like their favorite scary movie or book. Cupcakes will be judged, and prizes will be awarded. The event is free and open to teens in grades 6 through 12 who live in the greater Waterville area.
