Paris Hill Historical Society seeks items for time capsule

PARIS — In honor of the 50th anniversary of the founding of Paris Hill Historical Society, members are assembling a “Back to the Future Memory Chest,” which will be sealed, locked and then reopened on the organization’s 75th anniversary in 2042.
Members, friends and residents of Paris Hill are invited to contribute their voices to this activity. Specifically, they may choose to:
* Write a letter to 2042;

* Answer the questions in this article;
* Do both.
Participants can also contribute small circa 2017 items for the memory chest. Once all the writings and contributions have been collected, the box will be sealed until the year 2042. Here are the suggested questions:
* Participant’s name
* Spouse
* Address
* Date of Birth/Age
* Children
* Grandchildren
* Great-grandchildren
* Briefly tell us about yourself. Share any ancestral ties, connections, memories, etc. to Paris Hill.
* What was growing up or living on Paris Hill like?
* What was the greatest invention in your lifetime?
* What are your predictions for the next 25 years?
* What is your question about the future?
