Join Turner Publishing as customer service/inside sales rep

TURNER – Turner Publishing has announced they an opening at their Turner office for a customer service / inside sales rep. The position requires someone experienced in telesales and customer service. Customer service duties include answering phone, responding to mail/email advertising inquires, copy center jobs, and walk-in clients. Copy center jobs may include photocopying and faxing or taking orders for business cards. This position also requires sales calls be made to potential advertisers for opportunities to run sponsorship ads on special pages for fairs, festivals, other events, and more.

This position also will manage classified and obit ads, and in-house accounts which includes getting new ad copy as needed. The inside sales rep will assist the outside sales rep by looking up information in the database while the outside sales reps are on the road and need answers for their clients. This position will also manage the very successful Phony Ad program. Managing office equipment and supplies are also duties of this position. Turner Publishing, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
