WATERVILLE — The Waterville Public Library will host an opportunity for teens to “make something amazing” in September from 3 to 4 p.m. as part of its Teen Maker Mondays program, held in the Bartlett Room for Teens.
Participants will be creating something new each week; the library provides the supplies, and participants provide the creativity.
Sept. 11 — Paper Beads — Learn how to turns paper scraps into fantastic beads.
Sept. 18 — Bowtruckles — Learn how to make Harry Potter-inspired Bowtruckles. Small, twig-like magical creatures that live in and guard trees used for making wands. They dwell in western England, southern Germany and certain Scandinavian forests.
Sept. 25 — Corner Bookmarks — Learn how to create custom corner bookmarks.
