RUMFORD — The River Valley Rotary Club of the Greater Rumford Area held its annual presidential transition dinner June 19, when incoming president Randy Therrien, left, officially became president, taking over the reins from outgoing President Dave Duguay, right. Therrien will serve for the 2017-2018 term. The service organization meets Mondays at noon at Hope Association, 85 Lincoln Ave., Rumford.
