SMITHFIELD — The Smithfield Maine Historical Society is holding a pancake breakfast Saturday, July 15, from 7 to 10 a.m. at the Smithfield Baptist Church, 25 Lake View Drive The menu includes hot fresh pancakes (with optional mini chocolate chip, berries, crushed pineapple or whipped cream), sausage, baked beans, orange juice and coffee. Adults, $7; children $4; preschoolers and younger, free.
In addition, there will be a yard sale and bake sale at the adjacent Groves House from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The History House will be open for visitors.
