SKOWHEGAN — Somerset Woods Trustees will be hosting a seminar on bees, birds and butterflies — essential pollinators for gardens — Sunday, April 23, beginning at 1 p.m.
Some bees and butterflies are declining across the globe, but what about Maine’s pollinators? Dr. Frank Drummond will share his expertise on the state of health of our pollinators. Warren Balgooyen will give advice on what to plant to attract pollinators.
The organization’s “Talks and Walks” are always free and include refreshments.
