WATERVILLE — Spectrum Generations’ Local Advisory Council is sponsoring a community “Best Easter Bunny Cake” contest and cake sale Thursday, April 13, beginning at 12:30 p.m. at the Muskie Community Center, 38 Gold St.
Judges from Hillman’s Bakery, Holy Cannoli, our LAC, and the community will be awarding a $100 1st place prize, $75 2nd place prize and $50 3rd place prize for the best cakes. The winning cakes will then be auctioned off to the highest bidder following the judging. All other cake entries will be offered for sale to the public.
Cakes should be brought to the Muskie Center Wednesday, April 12, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. or Thursday, April 13, from 9 to 11 a.m. Entry fee is $10 payable at time of registration and cake drop off. All proceeds benefit Meals on Wheels, Adult Day Services and many other Spectrum Generations programs and services.
