TURNER – As part of the green light campaign generously promoted by local army veteran retired Maj. John A. Pape, Turner Publishing has several dozen green light bulbs to give away at its Turner office located on the corner of Route 4 and Fern Street, across the street from Twitchell’s airport. Pape, of Turner, has stated that he has launched this campaign to bring the community together and show support for our veterans.
He wants to see a green light bulb on as many front porches as possible. Turner Publishing’s office is open from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Anyone may stop in for a green light bulb while supplies last. You can call 207-225-2076 prior to coming to the office to see if we have any bulbs left.
