The Alfond Youth & Community Center (AYCC) is proud to announce its participation in the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Child and Adult Food Care Program (CACFP). Through this program, nutritious meals are available at no separate charge to all children enrolled at the AYCC.
This program helps ensure that every child in our community has access to healthy, balanced meals that support their growth, learning, and overall well-being – regardless of family income.
In accordance with federal civil rights regulations and policies, the AYCC and this program are prohibited from discriminating on the basis of race, color, national origin (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, age, or reprisal/retaliation for prior civil rights activity. Additionally, the Maine Human Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation, age, physical or mental disability, genetic information, religion, ancestry, or national origin.
Families with questions or those seeking more information about the program are encouraged to contact the AYCC directly at 207-873-0684 or by email at info@clubaycc.org
