The Beth Brunswick Memorial Fund for Children announces a ceremonial groundbreaking to occur on August 30 at 10AM. The location will be on the site of the facility on Loon Lake Road, Rangeley.
The Beth Brunswick Memorial Fund for Children, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, plans to construct a 4,989 square foot licensed childcare center in Rangeley Maine, with a capacity of up to 74 children, on land adjacent to the pre-K through 12 public school.
The full projected cost of this project is $3,500,000, which includes land, soft costs, construction, working capital and contingency funds. Our financial modeling shows we will be cash-flow positive in year three of operation. We have raised over $3,000,000 towards our goal, with ongoing efforts to raise the remaining $500,000.
