Celebrate National Trails Day with a Trail Blazing Party at Twin Bridges Preserve
OTISFIELD – Celebrate National Trails Day! Join Western Foothill Land Trust for a Trail Blazing Work Party at Twin Bridges Preserve located on Route 117 in Otisfield on June 1, 2024, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
Participants will help install new trail markers and perform minor trail clearing and cleaning. To ensure safety and comfort, please wear work gloves, long pants, and sturdy shoes. If you have lopers and rakes, please bring them along. This is a free event, and no prior experience is needed! It is a perfect way to learn more about getting involved with stewarding these beautiful forests and trails open to the public year-round.
