Lewiston’s state senator, reps to have open office hours Jan. 28

LEWISTON – Members of Lewiston’s delegation to the Maine State Legislature will hold constituent office hours from 10:30 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 28, in the Couture Room, Lewiston Public Library, 200 Lisbon St.
The office hours are open to all area residents, of any political persuasion, who want to meet their representatives and discuss legislative and state government matters.
Attending will be Sen. Peggy Rotundo, D-District 21, as well as the four state representatives from Lewiston – Rep. Kristen Cloutier, D-District 94; Rep. Margaret Craven, D-District 93; Rep. Mana Abdi, D-District 95; Rep. Michael Lajoie, D-District 96 (part of Lewiston).
The delegation will give updates on their work on various policy areas, including the state budget, law enforcement, insurance and financial affairs, taxes, transportation and veterans’ issues.
