RANDOLPH — Maine-ly Harmony women’s barbershop chorus conducted its installation of officers Wednesday, May 11.
The installation took place at the chorus’ rehearsal hall in the Randolph United Methodist Church, 16 Asbury St. Installing officer was Nancy Bossie, assisted by Dotty Meyer. Officers include President Candace Pepin, Vice President Sue Staples, Secretary Jennifer Clair, Treasurer Janey Dunham and at-large members Betty Avery and Tina Baker. The chorus, directed by Kathy Greason, of Brunswick, consists of women of all ages who travel from all over Maine for rehearsals, which are held 6:30 to 9 p.m. Wednesday.
After a long hiatus from in-person performances (though there were some virtual ones), the chorus is scheduled to perform at the Maine Veterans’ Home June 29 and is teaming up with the Nor’easters men chorus, of Belfast, to perform Sept. 17 at South Parish Church in Augusta.
