Central, western Maine students named to WPI dean’s list

WORCESTER, Mass. – Students from central and western Maine have been named to the dean’s list at Worcester Polytechnic Institute for the fall 2021 semester.
The criteria for the WPI dean’s list differs from that of most other universities, as WPI does not compute a grade point average (GPA). Instead, WPI defines the dean’s list by the amount of work completed at the A level in courses and projects.
Recognized for academic achievement are:
AUGUSTA: Rowan Labaugh, class of 2022, majoring in Mechanical Engineering (BS); Jacob Mills, class of 2023, majoring in Biomedical Engineering (BS).
GORHAM: Lucien Wallace, class of 2023, majoring in Mechanical Engineering (BS).
GREENE: Hope Hutchinson, class of 2023, majoring in Biology and Biotechnology (BS).
LEWISTON: Harmoni Larrabee, class of 2023, majoring in Computer Science (BS); Serena Mower, class of 2024, majoring in Computer Science (BS); Juliet Bolduc, class of 2024, majoring in Biochemistry.
MECHANIC FALLS: Jacob Bernard, class of 2025, majoring in Robotics Engineering (BS); Cole Ouellette, class of 2024, majoring in Computer Science (BS).
SABATTUS: Devon Poisson, class of 2022, majoring in Electrical and Computer Engineering (BS).
SWEDEN: Ava Chadbourne, class of 2025, majoring in Computer Science (BS).
