New Ventures free career classes, workshops offered in January

AUGUSTA — New Ventures Maine is offering tuition-free online workshops and classes for January that are designed to help people in Maine start a business, build a career, and manage money.
Classes are held online. The full class schedule with new class offerings for 2022 is accessible at bit.ly/NVMEClasses. Some classes are self-paced, others are one-session workshops and some are a series.
Some of the topics include “My Next Career Move,” “Introduction to Self-Employment,” “Job Search Series,” “My Money Works,” “Building Confidence,” “Build Your Savings,” “Venturing Forth – Business Planning for Entrepreneurs.”
