Turner’s first Paddle Around the Pond won’t be last

TURNER — Based on the terrific success of its first Paddle Around the Pond, the event will become an annual occasion on Little Wilson Pond, expanding to include each of the summer months beginning in 2022.
Property owners are invited to launch kayaks, canoes, paddle boats and paddle boards; at least one motorboat will join the fun, providing rides to those unable to paddle the pond. The board of directors has selected the first Saturday in May for Litter Clean Up Day; members are hoping to cover all the roadways surrounding the pond.
