Gardiner, Litchfield farms donate vegetables to area residents

The Dumond Family Farms in Gardiner, Seamans Farm in Litchfield and Green Meadow Farm in Mapleton donated more than 2,500 pounds of rutabagas and 675 five and 10-pound bags of potatoes to residents of local towns on Nov. 22 at the Litchfield Town Office and the Wales Town Office. Everyone was welcome. to partake. Town officials said they are grateful to the farms for all they do for the community.
