Two churches combine resources to offer Blessing Boxes

JAY — Bean’s Corner Baptist Church, 17 Chesterville Road, near the intersection of Routes 133 and 156, has installed a new Blessing Cupboard that will be filled with pantry items for those needing a little help.
St. Rose of Lima Church, 1 Church St., also has a Blessing Box and refrigerator for perishable items located inside the door of the parish hall; doors are open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
Both Blessing Boxes encourage community members to take what they need and leave what they can.
