WATERVILLE — The topic will be “Recruiting and Hiring: Win the War on Talent,” when the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce holds its April Business Breakfast meeting. Catherine MacLaren, vice president of talent and diversity for Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems, will focus on strategies that organizations can use to implement, build and maintain a strong employee base, according to a news release from the chamber.
