Thomas College student donates $2,500 winnings to food bank

Thomas College sophomore Ryan Scepansky was recently selected as one of four winners in Sodexo’s National Prize Sweepstakes. As winner, Scepansky was able to choose a charity of his choice for the prize money of $2,500; he chose the Waterville Food Bank. Noting that his parents taught him to “give back when I can,” Scepansky said he wanted to give back to the “locals in need.” Scepansky also received a $250 Nike gift card as part of the raffle held by Sodexo, the dining services company at Thomas College.
