TURNER – An afternoon of “Bunco Fun” will be hosted by the Woman’s Literary Union of Androscoggin County at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 11. Turner Publishing has nine Bunco tickets to give away for free; each ticket admits one person. The event is open to the public. Reservations are required for this event as seating is limited.
At WLU, Bunco events begin with instructions and a couple rounds of practice play. This takes about 15 minutes. New players get the “hang” of the game by the end of the first couple of rounds of real play. By the end of the event, most players want to know when the next Bunco event will be held as it is a lot of fun and a great way to meet new people.

To reserve your seat and pay at the door, email denisescammon@gmail.com or call 207-753-0931. Donations at the door are “pay what you can afford,” typically $10 for non-members and $5 for members. Bunco will be held at the historic Foss Mansion, 19 Elm St., Auburn.
