Registration soon for Winslow kindergarten and pre-k programs

WINSLOW — Kindergarten registration for the 2017-18 school year will be held Monday, April 10, from 11 a.m. – 7 pm. at Winslow Elementary School. Children should turn 5 on or before Oct. 15. Parents or guardians should bring the student to the registration as well as a state-approved birth certificate, current immunization record, recent small photograph and current custody papers, if applicable. Please call the school at 872-1967 to set up an appointment.

Winslow Elementary School is now accepting applications for the Four-Year-Old Program for the upcoming school year. Registration packets are available for pick up from the school office between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. All applications must be returned by March 31. Eligible children need to be 4 yrs. old on or before October 15, and parent(s) must be residents of Winslow. Parents will be notified shortly thereafter if their child has been accepted into the program. As with the kindgergarten registration, an application and same subsequent documents need to be provided.
