Clinton Fourth of July parade start point is changed

CLINTON — The lineup for the town’s Fourth of July parade has been moved to the Formtek parking lot on Hinckley Road.
The parade begins at 10 a.m. on the Fourth of July.
The parade route will go down Baker Street. Take a left hand turn onto Main Street and follow Route 100 to the Clinton Fairgrounds.
The move was made to make the parade route a little longer and allow more people to join the crowds, organizers said.
Organizers also ask that specators park in appropriate places so homeowners stay happy.
