DEAR COOP: I have a lot of fabric and craft supplies from many years of working on projects while my kids were in elementary school and then later when they were in theater. I would like to donate these items to a nonprofit charity in the Androscoggin County area. Do you know where I could do that? Thanks in advance. – Long-time crafter in Auburn.
COOP SAYS: Coop just received the following information from a reader. Fabric and craft supply donations are being sought for the annual Fabric and Craft Supply Fair, held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, April 8, at High Street Congregational Church, 106 Pleasant St., in Auburn.
Donations may be dropped off from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday, Wednesday or Thursday at the church.
Proceeds from this sale are used by the Parish Guild of the church to fund projects and missions of the church.
