WATERVILLE –The Maine International Film Festival’s 2018 MIFF Program Guide is available at www.MIFF.org in advance of this year’s 21st annual event, which is July 13 through 22.
The program guide to the festival, which organizers say is the state’s oldest and largest, includes a list of festival films, with details on MIFF events including the opening night celebration, the Centerpiece Gala and the closing night ceremonies.
The guide also contains information on the 21st Annual MIFF Lifetime Achievement Award recipient, Dominique Sanda, and provides details on some of the festival’s most anticipated film screenings, including the Rediscovery series, the World Filmmakers’ Forum and the Maine, international and animated shorts programs.
The program guide is available on a mobile-first, smartphone-friendly platform, allowing festival attendees to take full advantage of free downtown Waterville wifi to access it. The website also features a ticketing system, links to information about previous years’ programs and video highlights of the MIFF experience.
