SKOWHEGAN — The Skowhegan Area Chamber of Commerce will host a forum for the public to hear from the Town Council candidates on Wednesday, June 6.
Candidates Steven Conley, John Grohs, David Hayward Jr., Paul Natale, Roger Staples, Darryll White, and Vanessa York will speak at the forum from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Coburn Park, 419 Water St.
If it rains, it will be at the Skowhegan Renaissance Center, 60 Water St. The forum will provide an opportunity for candidates to express their views so voters can become better informed about their positions and make informed voting choices.
The event will be a question and answer format and those with questions must email them in advance by 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, to the Skowhegan Area Chamber at admin@skowheganareachamber.com. Registration to attend the event is not required.
