WATERVILLE — The schedules for Teen Maker Monday and Game nights at the Waterville Public Library include hedgehogs, wire wrapping and more.
Maker Mondays are 3 to 4 p.m. in the Bartlett Room for Teens. The library provides the supplies, and they are free and open to anyone age 11 to 18.
The June 4 topic is Character Bookmarks, at which participants may create books celebbrating their favorite cartoons.
On June 11, participants can learn how to make beaded accessories out of fabric scraps.
On June 18, participants can create adorable hedgehogs out of old paperback books.
On June 25, the topic is Wire Wrapped Rings, where participants can make rings out of wire and beads.
Game nights are 4 to 6 p.m. on Mondays, June 4 through June 25. it’s free and open to ages 11 to 18.
The library has a collection of board games to choose from, including Settlers of Catan, Exploding Kittens, Munchkin and more. Attendees are welcome to bring along any age-appropriate games they’d like to share.There are also games for the library’s Wii and PS3.
