River Valley Rotary Club hears about HOPE Association grant

Randall Therrien, River Valley Rotary Club president, and Roger Whitehouse, Rotarian of the Day welcome Bill Wood, Catholic Charities parish social ministry, Peter Cox, community advocate, and the Rev. Nathan March to the Jan. 19 fellowship meeting. The guests spoke to Rotarians about HOPE Association’s grant from Catholic Charities of Maine that will allow it to develop a program with the town of Rumford and the adult learning and career center to identify skills needed and develop training for area disabled residents.
