Nathan March to the Jan. 19 fellowship meeting. The guests spoke to Rotarians about HOPE Association’s grant from Catholic Charities of Maine that will allow it to develop a program with the town of Rumford and the adult learning and career center to identify skills needed and develop training for area disabled residents.
