MANCHESTER — The Kennebec Performing Arts Company is looking for new musicians to join us as we begin our spring season and is seeking singers for all parts: soprano, alto, tenor and bass. The chorus rehearses from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Mondays at Hope Baptist Church in Manchester.
The ability to read music and a brief audition are required. The first rehearsal is Monday, Feb. 6, and new members will be accepted until Monday, Feb. 20. Interested singers are invited to attend.
The Kennebec Performing Arts Company also consists of a large wind ensemble and a jazz band, and new members for these groups will also be considered. First rehearsals for these groups will be Tuesday, Feb. 7, in the Cony High School band room.
