SKOWHEGAN — Spectrum Generations will hold a Luck-of-the-Draw fundraiser Saturday, Sept. 9, at the American Legion, 217 Waterville Road, to help support its Somerset Community Center.
Doors open at 9 a.m., and drawings begin at noon
A special raffle table will have several high priced items, and there are more than 150 door prizes.
A Medicare booth will be open from 9:00 a.m. to noon with consultants available to answer questions and schedule appointments for one-on-one meetings.

Proceeds from the day’s events will benefit programs such as feeding a home-bound senior, connecting a disabled person to needed benefits, providing a break for a caregiver, guiding an older person through the red tape of government benefits, and helping people live a better life.
