WATERVILLE — The Waterville Public Library will host an end-of-the-summer Fantasy Costume Party — with special guest Tinkerbell — Saturday, Aug. 19, from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Children are encouraged to wear their “most outlandish” costume and join in the fun with imagination games and crafts. Tinkerbell will read stories during fairy treats time. Activities include decorating the library lawn with fairy houses.
Children should bring in their “Summer-Reading Passport” to add stamps for attending a library program and building a fairy house. This is a family event for all kids and their grownups. For more information, call the children’s department at 207-680-2604.
