Stony Brook Campground hosts Cruise-In Night in Hanover

HANOVER — Stony Brook Campground hosts Car Cruise-In Night the second Tuesday of each month, beginning at 5:30 p.m., where neighbors, friends and newcomers gather to admire the vehicles and exchange stories and information about their passion for classic cars. Enthusiasts come to show their prized possessions, and all are welcome to join in the fun.

Hosted by owners Bruce and Shirley Powell, the cruise-ins are an opportunity for folks to mingle and enjoy delicious food prepared by the Stony Brook staff as well as take a chance at winning one of many doors prizes. There is also a 50-50 cash raffle.

Stony Brook Campground and Variety is located on U.S. Route 2 east, 3036 Main St., just a quarter mile east of Bear River Road. The next Cruise-In is set for Tuesday, Aug. 8. For more information, call 824-2836 or email camping@stonybrookrec.com
