Hi, friends,
It’s great to meet again in this new month of opportunities.
As this month started off, I was overwhelmed with classes and life occurrences leading to anxiety attacks creeping in and out. That’s when I leaned on my higher power, and it all turned around for me.

Hey Friends,
It’s another full-of-adventure and beautiful-wonders-around-us month. I recently attended a conference at college, which lead to some big inspirations for my articles. One thing that stuck with me is “Broken crayons still color.” This saying stopped me in my tracks.

Can anyone else relate?
Sometimes, friends, I just want to scream, “Get me off this crazy train!” So, I guess if you are like me, you would welcome a break from all the craziness life throws at you.

Happy Holiday!

Happy one-year anniversary, Friends.
I am so excited to share with you that I’m celebrating one year of working with this newspaper! When I first started this journey, I was in a season of transition, and I remember it so clearly.
I was in my last semester working toward my education degree when I decided to continue my education in ministry instead. I had given my testimony at Celebrate Recovery, and got hired/let go from a job I loved dearly. Maybe you can relate to transitions in your own life? Whether it is with the stress of moving to another home, dealing with family issues, or even life in general, it can be very overwhelming and feels like the transition period will never end. I’m here to tell you, the best is yet to come!
