TURNER — The Christmas season will officially get underway at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 5, at the town office, Routes 117 and 4, with the annual lighting of the Christmas tree, a visit from Santa Claus, and music and treats for the entire family.
The evening will begin with music and entertainment, after which Santa will make his arrival by firetruck and, with help from the children, the town’s official Christmas tree will be lit.
Santa will then lead the children and their parents into the town office so the children can tell him what they’d like for Christmas. Gifts for the children and treats for all will be provided.
