WAYNE — The first Saturday at the Williams House for October will feature a DVD super sale, after the Cary Memorial Library received a donation of more than 2,000 DVDs, some brand new.
The book sale and boutique breakfast is 9 a.m. to noon, at the Williams House, 14 Winthrop Road, across the street from the library.
The DVD selection includes many BBC, PBS and other popular TV series, classic films, old and new, horror, fantasy, sci-fi, documentaries, children’s, musicals,opera, ballet and more. Refreshments including coffee, tea, cinnamon buns, quiche or scones are available. All proceeds benefit the Cary Memorial Library. For more information, call 207-685 3612.
