Lacrosse team offers spring cleanup service to Durham residents May 6

DURHAM — The Freeport High School varsity boys lacrosse team is offering spring cleanup services to town residents, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, May 6. Teams of two to four students are available to help with debris pickup, weeding and raking, planting, pruning, mowing and more.

The cost is $10 an hour per student, and a parent or chaperone will be on site to supervise. The money collected goes to the FHS Lacrosse Boosters Club, which supports the program with funding toward equipment, supplies and team-building activities.
